What do you love most about Botswana?
True wilderness, no fences and beautiful landscape.
Tell us the story of how you ended up in Botswana. What drew you there? What has made your passion for these places so enduring?
By chance and fell in love with the Okavango Delta and all it has to offer.

What wildlife is Selinda known for? Is there anything in particular people travel to see? What do you recommend guests to the area should be on the lookout for?
Elephant, buffalo, wild dog (resident), roan, sable, lion, zebra, and a whole host of other wildlife and bird life.
What time of year is best for game-viewing? When is the rainy season? When is it unbearably hot? What is the average summer high and winter low temperatures?
End July, August, September, and early October. Rainy season can start in October, but most rain falls between January and the end of March. Spectacular thunder and lightning storms! October is usually very hot.

Is a paddling safari for everyone or do you need to be very fit? On your mekoro safaris, can guests pole their own mekoro?
Guests can try their hand at poling their own mekoro, but it is not as easy as it looks.
