This African-made satchel-style weekender bag is a true classic. Made from Tanzanian cotton canvas with leather and brass detail, this safari duffle bag is perfect for safari, business, and leisure.

A soft-sided bag is essential for bush planes and is well-suited to African travels. This cotton canvas bag is made in Kenya and adds quintessential African styling to your travels. The satchel-style large leather flap on the top of the bag is secured with quick-release brass stud fastenings - a unique look and style for a classic bag.

The Weekender has a leather base and reinforced leather handles - both in Sandstorm's hand-selected premium pulled leather. This gives added strength to the bag where it matters. It is also fully-lined with one zipped and one unzipped pocket on the interior of the bag.

A note about canvas and leather: We stand by the quality of the construction of Sandstorm's canvas and leather range and the quality of the canvas and leather used to make their bags. Canvas and leather are, however, fabrics and, as with all fabrics, they have their limitations. While cases are few and far between and we have not experienced puncturing on our own safaris and expeditions, fabric, by its very nature, is able to puncture or tear if subjected to force, sharp objects, if thrown along an abrasive surface, or other forms of harsh handling.
